Anytime Anywhere Meditation

My primary teaching qualification is a Tergar Certified Anytime Anywhere Meditation Teacher (TCAAMT).

The Anytime Anywhere Meditation (AAM) program was developed by Mingyur Rinpoche, a world-renowned meditation master celebrated for his warmth, humour, and engagement with science. He designed this program to share transformative practices in a way that fits into everyday life. Recognising that people often have limited time yet still seek meaningful change, Rinpoche created a short, comprehensive course that makes meditation both accessible and practical, drawing on his extensive training and personal experience.

While the AAM program itself is universal, how I offer it is shaped by my other life in the creative industries. I’m familiar with the rhythms and pressures of creative work: irregular schedules and income, uncertainty, self-doubt, and the challenge of staying present in a professional landscape that is changing faster than we can keep pace with. In offering this course, I'm interested in meditation as something that can be practiced right in the middle of all this messiness, rather than a way to escape it. This in turn informs how we work, relate to difficulty, and meet our day-to-day experience with a little more steadiness and care for ourselves and those close to us.

Anyone can join Anytime Anywhere Meditation, regardless of religious or cultural orientation. Though rooted in the ancient Tibetan Buddhist teachings, the practices taught in the program are not religious in nature.

The AAM course runs over five weeks, with weekly ninety-minute sessions. Over the course you will:

  • Explore meditation as a way to discover your natural potential.
  • Recognise awareness, compassion, and wisdom as innate qualities within you.
  • Learn how to meditate anytime, anywhere, in any circumstance.
  • Gain confidence in weaving meditation into your busy life.
  • Learn to navigate the ups and downs of creative work with greater stability.
  • Begin to establish a sustainable meditation habit.
  • Start applying meditation directly in your daily life.
