Tricycle is one of the longest running Buddhist magazines in the west and their podcast often has some great interviews.

Samaneri Jayasāra is an Australian nun who makes wonderful recordings of the teachings of great masters from a variety of wisdom traditions (amongst other things!)

Cortland Dahl and Dr Richard Davidson's Substack has an accompanying podcast as well, but the newsletter has a great Q&A feature with these two geniuses that I find very valuable.
